Is Phoenix Legal a law firm?
No. Phoenix Legal is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice or legal representation, and is not a medical provider. We provide accident referral, job placement, marketing and office support services, and can connect people with licensed attorneys or medical providers who can evaluate their situation.
Does it cost anything to submit an accident inquiry?
No. Submitting your case details through Phoenix Reach is free. If you choose to work with an attorney or provider we point you to, any fees or terms are agreed on directly between you and that professional.
What happens after I submit my accident details?
A person reviews what you sent, follows up if anything is unclear, and then points you toward legal representation and medical consultation that fit your situation. You are never obligated to move forward with anyone we suggest.
What if I already have an attorney?
You are always free to switch attorneys if you are dissatisfied. The attorney-client relationship is yours to control, and we can help point you toward another participating attorney if the first match is not the right fit.
Do you only work in Florida?
Accident inquiries through Phoenix Reach are focused on Florida statewide — Central Florida, South Florida, the Panhandle and everywhere in between. Job placement, marketing, print and office administration work can be handled for firms and professionals outside Florida as well.
How does job placement work for candidates?
You submit an intake form with your resume and cover letter and tell us the role, setting and schedule you want. When a firm's opening matches what you're looking for, we reach out before sharing anything further.
How does job placement work for law firms?
Firms submit an intake form describing the role, required experience, software, workload and compensation range. We source and pre-screen candidates and send you only the people who genuinely fit the description.
What marketing and administrative work do you handle?
Websites, business cards, brochures, banners, retractable stands and other print products, plus legal operations consulting, software mapping and workflow optimization, interim administrative support and training.
What do you do with the information I submit?
We use it only to respond to your inquiry and to connect you with the professionals or opportunities you asked about. We do not sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How soon will I hear back?
Every inquiry is read by a person, and we aim to respond promptly. If your situation is time-sensitive, say so in your message so we can prioritize it.
