Plain-language explanation of what we collect through our forms, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our intake forms or by email. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, preferred language, details about a motor vehicle accident, employment history, a resume and cover letter, or information about your firm and its marketing needs.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry and to do the work you asked us to do: reviewing an accident inquiry and pointing you toward legal representation and medical consultation, matching a candidate with a firm's opening, or scoping a marketing, print or administrative project.

When we share it

Accident inquiries: we share your details with attorneys and medical providers only so they can evaluate and respond to your situation.

Job placement: candidate materials are shared with a hiring firm only in connection with a role you are being considered for.

We also use service providers such as email, hosting and form-processing tools that handle data on our behalf. We do not sell your information.

Retention

We keep inquiries and candidate materials only as long as needed to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask us to stop contacting you, or ask us to delete your information. Use our contact form or call (954) 822-0117.

Sensitive details

Please send only what is necessary. Do not send confidential or privileged documents through our forms, and never send full financial account numbers or government identification numbers.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
